Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur the full consultation fee.
Providing notice allows the appointment to be offered to another client who may be waiting for support.
